Just Myths?

Published by marybethellis at 10:14 pm under The Feral Herd Edit This

Here’s an interesting commentary from Steve Haskin over at The BloodHorse.  He’s taking on some season’s end “myths.” Among them:

“The Europeans whipped our butts in the Breeders’ Cup are are superior to American horses.”

“Big Brown should not be considered for Horse of the Year because he beat a bunch of inferior horses this year.”

“Soldier of Fortune needed a pacesetter in the Breeders’ Cup Turf.”

“Canada is no place to prep for the Breeders’ Cup.”

He has plenty of explanation to follow on.  If you disagree, the comments section below the article is cooking.  Haskin is mixing it up with those who take him on.
